PROPOSED ELEVATIONS
PROPOSED FLUE:
Twin wall flue system to be taken through wall and up the gable wall with all
fastenings and support as required.
Proprietary cowl fitting to top of flue so that it complies with Diagrams 17 &
18 of Approved Document J of the Building Regulations. Flue to terminate
minimum 600mm above ridge.
Where the proposed flue pipe penetrates the wall structure a proprietary
collar is to be installed to provide adequate separation between combustible
materials and the flue liner.
Flue to be either colour coated black or stainless steel 5 or 6" flue system.
NOTE:
Dwelling approved and constructed under PA 22/00069/B and associated
Minor change and Condition discharge submissions. Dwelling is
substantially complete. See attached photographs showing the proposed
flue position (South elevation).
