PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED (RE 1900915, RECEIPT 920542) TO INSTALL TWO ROOF-LIGHTS TO THE FRONT ELEVATION OF THE PROPERTY. THE CHANGE REQUESTED IS TO:

1. INSTALL ONLY A SINGLE SKY-LIGHT TO THE FRONT ELEVATION;
2. INSTALL THE SECOND SKY-LIGHT TO THE SIDE ELEVATION.

THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT OF THE PROPERTY IS THE DRIVE-WAY TO THE ADJACENT CHURCH PROPERTY. AS SUCH THE SKY-LIGHT ON THE SIDE ELEVATION DOES NOT OVERLOOK ANY RESIDENTIAL OR SIMILAR PROPERTY, NOR CAN IT BEEN SEEN FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES OR THE ADJACENT CHURCH.

THIS REQUEST IS MADE AS THE APPLICANT BELIEVES THE AMENDMENT TO BE (A) LESS INTRUSIVE TO NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES THAN THE PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT AND (B) IS MORE AETHESTHETICALLY PLEASING.

A minor changes application must —

(a) Specify the planning approval that is the subject of the application;

(b) Specify the changes to that approval which are being applied for;

(c) Include an explanation as to why those changes are being applied for;

(d) If relevant, include the site plan, and the plans, elevations and sections of the proposed buildings and structures referred to in paragraph 2(3) amended to indicate those changes.
