Planning approval exists under PA 19/00328/B for a development of 18 industrial/storage & distribution units at Middle Park. The minor changes proposed in this application affect 2 of those units, units 1 & 18, as follows;
Firstly, the front door for each of those 2 units is to be moved away from the gable end of the building. This is for construction reasons - it will allow internal bracing to be provided in support of the gable wall without conflicting with the doorway. The change will not adversely affect the scheme visually.
Secondly, the parking spaces for units 1 & 18 (2 spaces each) will be moved moved a short distance sideways so as not to block access to the new door; the number of parking spaces and their accessibility will not change, and again this will not have an adverse impact upon the scheme visually.

(a) Specify the planning approval that is the subject of the application;
(b) Specify the changes to that approval which are being applied for;
(c) Include an explanation as to why those changes are being applied for;
(d) If relevant, include the site plan, and the plans, elevations and sections of the proposed buildings and structures referred to in paragraph 2(3) amended to indicate those changes.
