To increase the width of the highway immediately adjacent to, and serving, plot Nos 56 to 63 inclusive, from 4800mm wide, as approved under PA 15/00167/B, to 6000mm. An updated schedule of Public Open Space requirement has been prepared. The proposed reduction to the inner radius of the approved highway would reduce the Public Open Space provision, however this will still exceed the calculated requirement for sixty-three dwellings.
Reason:- to provide adequate manoeuvring space, to the requirements of Manual for Manx Roads, a Government guidance document which was not in existence at the time that PA 15/00167/B was determined.
N.B. a road width of 6000mm has previously been approved under PA 19/00636/B, and this Minor Change would avoid any conflict between the two aforementioned approvals. Please refer to drawings 1283-070.01 to 1283-070.05 inclusive, enclosed.
