The works hereby granted registered building consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with paragraph 2(2)(a) of schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented registered building consents. 2. Prior to the commencement of any roof slate replacement, a sample of the slates to be used must be approved by the Department and the development must be undertaken in accordance with the approved materials. Reason: in order to ensure that the materials to be used are appropriate for this Registered Building. This decision relates to drawings 05A and 13A both received on 02.12.19 and 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 all received on 15.11.19. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
