TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 CERTIFICATE OF LAWFUL USE OR DEVELOPMENT

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture hereby certifies that on the 12th June 2019, the use described in Schedule 1 to this certificate in respect of the land specified in Schedule 2 to this certificate and edged RED on the plan attached to this certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 for the following reason:

1. The evidence submitted, along with the information from other Departments/Divisions, suggest on the balance of probability that the property as shown in the submitted plans, has indeed been used as a house in multiple occupation with 14 bedrooms and a maximum occupation of 22 persons for a period in excess of ten years. Schedule 1. Uses to which this Certificate relates

Use of Ashley House, 6 Clifton Terrace, Douglas as a House in Multiple Occupation for not more than 22 persons with shared facilities, in accordance with the floor plans date stamped received 31 May 2019.
