Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extension shown in drawings loc(01), EGA-(01), GA-(01) and SN/(01).
NOTE If any excavations are to be carried out within 3 m of the existing public sewer which crosses the site, the applicant is advised to contact the Drainage Division to discuss any possible implications.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
