In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th September 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of stables with store and formation of manege in the corner of Field 120316, Ballaghane Farm, Leodest Road, Andreas as shown by 12/2367/01, 12/2367/02, 12/2367/03, 08/2226/04, Survey-01 and Structural Report all received 15th June 2012.
- The approved building may be used only for equestrian purposes, that is the keeping of horses and the storage of equipment associated with that use.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the walls of the approved building must be constructed from single block work. Cavity wall construction is not permitted.
- No permission is granted or implied for any illumination of the external arena.
- The development hereby approved must be used only private use and must not be used in any commercial manner.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
