I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Tuesday 7th May 2019.

The Commissioners recommend that the application still be REFUSED on the grounds that:-

"The proposal fails to comply with planning circular 8/89 Low Density Housing in Parkland and that it would set an undesirable precedent for the area."
