The proposed method of opening, casement windows, would not replicate the existing or original opening style of the windows in this property within the Conservation Area and as such the proposal would be contrary to EP35, PPS 1/01 and Planning Circular 1/98 and the development would not preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
