By virtue of its design, size and materials proposed the proposal would unacceptably harm the characteristics of the existing property and the character of the surrounding area. The proposal would result in overlooking to the neighbouring property. Therefore the proposal conflicts with General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2016. This decision refers only to that applied for under the The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
