THE BUILDING IS TO BE USED BY THE APPLICANTS BUSINESS FOR THE STORAGE OF PLASTERING AND BUILDING MATERIALS WITH AN ANCILLARY OFFICE AREA. THE NEW OPENING AND INSTALLATION OF THE DOUBLE DOORS WILL ENABLE MATERIALS TO BE LOADED AND UNLOADED MORE EFFICIENTLY WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE APPLICANTS BUSINESS. THE NEW OPENING IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A VEHICULAR ACCESS ONTO THE HIGHWAY. AS PART OF THE WORKS AREAS OF DEFECTIVE MASONRY WILL BE REMOVED AND THE BUILDING RE-RENDERED AND THE EXISTING WINDOWS REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS THEREBY ENHANCING THE APPEARANCE OF THE BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREA.
