DRAWING SCHEDULE: BUILDING - DRG 1 (August 2019) BLOCK PLAN - DRG 2 (August 2019) LOCATION PLAN - DRG 3 (August 2019) 2 x A4 sheet of photographs This is a retrospective planning application to obtain additional use of the building as Class 3 and is a result of a planning enforcement letter dated 6th June 2019 The applicant wishes to retain the existing class 1 use and obtain additional use of the premises as class 3 (Use of building for sale of food or drink, for consumption on the premises) 21. The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture is a data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Legislation and requires the information on this form to comply with its legal obligations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1991 and subordinate Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2013.
