I am writing to you on behalf of the Douglas Borough Council to request a time extension to be able to provide comments on the below planning application. The reason for this request is because the Council is currently in recess for August and the Environmental Services Committee will not meet until the 16th September.
We believe it would be beneficial to all parties if this application could be considered at a full sitting of the Committee in order to give it proper consideration.
