THIS APPLICATION IS SEEKING TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED STABLE BLOCK UNDER P.A.NO.13/91106/B WITH A NEW BUILDING AS SHOWN WITHIN THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTATION. THE PROPOSED NEW BUILDING WOULD HAVE THE SAME USE AND WOULD SIT, GENERALLY, ON THE SAME FOOTPRINT AS THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BUILDING BUT, WITH INCLUSION OF YARD AREA, WORKS HAVE COMMENCED ON SITE UNDER THE PREVIOUS PLANNING APPROVAL AND THE SITE HAS BEEN CLEARED AND LEVELLED IN READINESS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE ALREADY APPOVED MENAGE. A DIAGRAM SMOKING THE PROPOSED INTERNAL LAYOUT OF THE STABLE BLOCK IS ENCLOSED AND THE NEW STABLE BUILDING WILL BE FOR FAMILY'S OWN PRIVATE USE WITH NO COMMERCIAL USE PROPOSED. THE EXISTING USE OF THE WHOLE OF THE SITE IS RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL/EQUESTRIAN.
