RE: Peel Town Commissioners Planning Application Consultation Responses
Dear Sirs,
Please find attached the Peel Town Commissioners response to the following older planning applications for record purposes. When these applications were considered by the Commissioners they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:
a. 18/0134/B Erection of extension at 21 Ballagyr Park, Peel (amended Drawing)
b. 18/01293/B Construction, operation and decommissioning of a temporary lagoon for dewatering and storage of silt dredged from Peel Marina at Fields 315179 Ballaterson Farm, Glenfaba Road, Peel subject to compliance with any environmental Impact Assessment conditions and the 5 year temporary use of the location for this purpose.
c. 19/00059/B Replacement windows at 44 Patrick Street, Peel was not opposed because the property was on a busy main road and although sash windows were preferred they would result in additional noise disturbance to the occupants.
d. 19/00089/B Replacement windows at 50 Glenfaba Road, Peel was not opposed.
e. 19/00112/B renovation of industrial unit at Unit 1, The Isle of Man Food Park, Mull Road, Peel was not opposed.
f. 19/00123/B and 19/00124/B Iron railings on balcony at 8 Chapel Court, Christian Street, Peel was not opposed.
