8. Description of the proposed development. Please state clearly what you propose to do. I propose to build a shelter 4 metres \times 2.8 meters, height 3 meters to ridge (see plan) for use when ewes are lambing, general use in the winter months to look after stock. It will be sitting on a concrete base, the walls to be concrete blocks front elevation to be stone faced, 3 other elevations to be plastered rough cast and painted brown to simulate stone to match front. The roof is to be natural slate to compliment the enurment.

Building Regulations

19. Are you making a concurrent application for Building Regulations Approval?

HS explained in my letter we have in Ardarens and check on the levers every 4 hours when lambung, with a round trip of 14 miles taking an hour if everything is alt raght, but having to stop if lambing in progress, it would be really benifical to have this facility especially in the bad weather.
