DRAWING SCHEDULE: GARDEN STORE - DRG 30 (July 2019) BLOCK PLAN - DRG 31 (July 2019) LOCATION PLAN - DRG 32 (July 2019) A previous planning application was approved for development of the overall site into 5 residential units - PA 17/00563/B in May 2017. This application is to obtain approval for a small detached garden store building for unit 4 at "Balnahow Farm" The building will accommodate garden equipment, bicycles, patio furniture, etc. The proposed store is of small proportion and sited so as not to impede coastal views from unit 4 living accommodation.
