Further to the Planning Committee overturning the decision to approve the previous planning application: 18/00532/REM Consultations have taken place with Mr Chris Balmer - Senior Planning Officer & Mr Ross Brazier - Registered Buildings Officer The overall height of the proposed dwelling has been reduced to be lower than 'The School Room' element of the adjacent church making the proposal subservient to the Church Building. Accordingly this application is submitted to directly address the reason for refusal. 21. The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture is a data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Legislation and requires the information on this form to comply with its legal obligations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1991 and subordinate Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2013.
