Re: P.A. No. 18/01322/C - Change of use of first floor office (class 4) to a residential apartment - Kermode House, 74, Parliament Street, Ramsey for Kelproperties Limited
I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 16th January, 2019, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:-
- This application does not indicate storage arrangement and collection location for a wheeled refuse bin which will be required as part of this proposal.
I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
