THERE ARE NINETY (90) PUBLIC PARKING SPACES WITHIN 200 METRES OF KERMODE HOUSE WITH LIMITED DAY-TIME USE. THESE SPACES ARE VACANT OVERNIGHT AND AT WEEK-ENDS, WHICH IS MORE SUITED TO RESIDENTIAL USE THAN DAILY OFFICE USE.
