Regarding planning application reference 18/01073/B.
As requested, I can confirm that there is no intention to fell or remove any of the existing trees on the site of the planned car parking area.
As the photos enclosed show, the area was cleared of ornamental rhododendron, brambles and weeds.
It is planned to leave a no dig area of a minimum of 5 meters from the base of the trees.
We will be removing a rhododendron from the corner of the existing planting as permitted.
All soil removed will be sent for recycling at the relevant green waste site.
There is currently no Bat survey in place for Burleigh Manor, but as previously stated no trees will be affected by the potential works.
