PROVIDE A TEMPORARY CAR PARKING FACILITY TO ACCOMODATE CIRCA FIFTY VEHICLES. THE CAR PARK BAYS, ACCES) ROAD AND FOOTWAY WITH BE SURFACED WITH ASPHALT CONCRETE. TEMPORARY LIGHTING WILL BE USED TO ILLUMINATE THE CAR PARK. VEHICULAR ACCES) TO THE CAR PARK WILL BE VIA A NEWLY CONSTRUCTED TEMPORARY CROSSING FROM KING EDWARD ROAD, PASSING OVER THE ADJACENT M.ER. LINES. A SEPARATE DEDICATED FOOTPATH WILL PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN ACCES) TO THE CAR PARK. THE TEMPORARY CAR PARK WILL OPERATE FOR THE DURATION OF THE DOUGLAS PENENADE REFUREISHMENT (UNTIL NO. 2020) AND IS NECESSARY TO ASSIST WITH ALCOHOLATING DUPLICACED VEHICLES DURING THIS PERIOD. THE PARKING SPACES WILL BE CHARGED AT A DAILY (24 HOUR) RATE OF $200. TICKET MACHINES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE CUSTICACE OF THE CAR PARK.
