Please note that planning for an extensive internal and external refurbishment to Grade A office space of the existing Buildings 43 to 59 Athol Street was granted in January 2019 (Ref 18/0311/B). As outlined in correspondence, this application only relates to external lighting, signage and other external / facade mounted services elements which have been developed in more detail since the original application for the refurbishment was submitted and approved. They are generally in keeping with the surrounding areas and other buildings within the conservation area. 21.
