Policy O/TRT/P/4 Onchan Local Plan 2000

The proposal was assessed as compliant, with no material changes since original approval and benefits to highway/parking facilities on private road.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the 18th March 2023. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals. As the initial approval expired on 17th March 2019, the extension to 18th March 2023, allows for an additional 4 years validity.
