In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th July 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 001 and 002 rev. A date stamped the 31st May 2012.
- Prior to the first use of the car park visibility splays of a minimum of $2.4\mathrm{m} \times 36\mathrm{m}$ at a height of $1.05\mathrm{m}$ at the junction of the access road with Greenfield Road must be provided. In the interests of highway safety such visibility must be maintained thereafter.
NOTE The provision of visibility in accordance with condition no. 3 primarily relates to work to the overgrown grass bank to the left as vehicles enter Greenfield Road. If necessary, the applicant should discuss requirements with the Department of Infrastructure Highways Division.
NOTE Whilst not within a public highway and therefore not subject to relevant legislation the Department of Infrastructure Highways Division has indicated that they are willing to offer advice to ensure that signage is clear, appropriate and unambiguous.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
