Full internal and external refurbishment and replacement of all services of the existing Buildings 43 to 59 Athol Street including some minor internal remodelling to incorporate double height reception area.

As discussed in the meeting 22.12.2018, the application allows for the refurbishment of the currently unoccupied office building to bring it up to suitable standard for a modern, multi-tenanted office and make it compliant with current regulations and energy performance requirements. The building use remains unchanged and the net usable area is actually slightly reduced through incorporating a double height office area and the addition of lobbies and WC areas where required. Carparking areas remain unchanged other than 1 space being added back in with the removal of a generator on the ground floor. Cycle storage and changing areas are being added within the building. 21.
