Application for alterations to existing approval for a replacement dwelling. (revisions to approval ref 15/00730/b)
This application is for the revised internal arrangement and some evaluational alterations to the proposals. The proposals are variations to the approval reference 15 / 00730 / \mathrm{b}.
The foundations have been cast as per the previous approval and thus the footprint of the new proposal is the same as the previously approved scheme.
The alterations form the previously approved scheme is :- The inclusion of roof-lights, Glazed bi-folding doors to the rear / garden room. Rear windows altered at first floor level. Proposed terrace over the garden room at the rear. Windows proposed to be finished in a dark gray / anthracite colour. the external walls are proposed to white painted render as the original proposal.
