VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE COMPOUND WILL BE OFF KING EDWARD ROAD VIA AN EXISTING VEHICULAR ACCESS INTO THE SITE. THE AREA WILL BE SECURE AND FENCED USING 1.8m HIGH TIMBER HOARDING. THE SITE WILL HOUSE FIVE PORT-A-CABINS, AN AREA FOR MATERIAL STORAGE AND AN AREA FOR VEHICULAR PARKING.

THE SITE COMPOUND IS NECESSARY TO FACILITATE THE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTING THE DOUGLAS PROMINENTAL REFURBISHMENT WORK. AS THE SITE IS FOR A TEMPERARY PERIOD, IT WOULD NORMALLY BE ESTABLISHED UNDER PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT; THE APPLICATION RECOGNISES THE LOCATION BEING WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA.
Your personal information will be held by DEFA for the purposes of processing this application and may be used to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Town & Country Planning Act and in particular Part 4 Enforcement of Control.
