Approved Unanimous. The Commissioners would like to see a more traditional slate roof, with all roofs matching.

12/00777/B Ms S Sadler Auldyn Holme Glen Auldyn - Creation of field access Field 132350 Glen Auldyn. Approve in principle. Only for access to the field.

12/00781/B Mr B Corner Clenagh Beg Clenagh Road Sulby – Installation of replacement windows and doors and replace existing window with door – Clenagh Veg Clenagh Road Sulby. Approved Unanimous.

12/00852/B Mrs A Hunt 19 Orbel Street London – Extension to dwelling Kerrowmoar Farmhouse Kerrowmoar. Approved Unanimous.

12/00858/A Mr G Horisk 4 Ballalough Estate Andreas – Approval in principle for the erection of a detached dwelling – Land adjacent to Kella Sheear Road Sulby. The Commissioners would like to defer their decision on this planning application until after their next meeting which will be held on the 2nd August 2012.
