RE - PA 19, 00270/B, Spindrift, Poyll Vaaish
The property is located on the other side of the road from Poyll Vaaish Area of Special Scientific Interest and although I have no issues with the proposed works I request that workers are made aware of the location of the ASSI prior to work commencing and are asked to ensure that they do not drive onto or damage the ASSI when going to site and only use appropriate non-vegetated passing places when meeting oncoming traffic.
I also request that special care be taken to ensure that workers do not drive on or damage the grassy banks along the southern edge of the Spindrift property (location outlined in purple on the attached map), which is just outside the ASSI boundary, in order to avoid damage to protected Schedule 7 plant species.
