Following consideration of the planning applications listed below, I can advise that Douglas Borough Council has no objections.
It should be noted that the comments are made in relation to the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not imply approval or consent under any other relevant enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
The Council would kindly request time extensions be approved until the 20^{\text {th }} September 2019, on the below applications. This will allow the Council to review each application at the next meeting of the Council's Environmental Services Committee on the 16^{\text {th }} September. Comment on each of the below applications will be provided no later than the 20^{\text {th }} September.
