Construction, operation and decommissioning of a temporary lagoon facility at Ballaterson Farm for dewatering and storing sediment dredged from Peel Marina.
Installation, operation and removal of temporary pipelines (transport and discharge pipelines) along and alongside the River Neb between Ballaterson Farm and Peel Marina for transporting sediment dredged from Peel Marina to the temporary lagoon facility at Ballaterson Farm, and for discharging effluent from the temporary lagoon facility at Ballaterson Farm to Peel Marina. The lagoon facility and pipelines will be in place for a period of up to five years.
