The above works must be discussed with the Department's Forestry, Amenity & Lands Directorate before the application is submitted. Planning application PA 17/00769/A has recently been approved to build an additional dwelling and garage within the grounds of "Strathallan House". The application included how the site would be divided and highway access improvements, should the scheme go ahead. 4 trees will be removed to enable the proposed garage extension to be constructed (see site plan)
