Proposed conversation of existing boarding House into a 4 bedroom family property. Demolition of the Existing Utility Room and bathroom space above along with ground and first floor wall of the existing kitchen and family bathroom on the East Elevation as indicated on Plan 037/102. Steel beams to be installed at the ground floor ceiling level of the existing kitchen running beneath the proposed new cavity wall on the first floor. Ground floor window on the North elevation to be opened up and steel beams installed creating an opening into the existing dining room. A small 13m2 Extension with roof lantern to be erected to the rear of the plot on the East side to allow an open plan kitchen/dining area as indicated. Boundary wall to the West side of the plot to be reinstated using rendered block work. Internal changes to the position of partition walls on the First and Second floors to be to reduce the bedrooms from 6 to 4 creating larger better quality space for occupants. Master bedroom on the second floor to incorporate ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Removal of existing dormer and installation of 2 roof Lights to the rear of the property providing light and ventilation to the ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

On receipt and validation of this form you (or your Agent) will be issued with a site notice to:

a) send a copy of the notice to every owner or occupier (known by you) of the building that is subject of the application or any part of it and

b) display a copy of the notice at the site by fixing it firmly to the building, or other structure or object on or near the building that is the subject of the application so that it is easily visible by members of the public from a public highway and is unlikely to become obscured or concealed and to ensure that it remains so displayed for a period of not less than 21 days.

Where the Department directs under the Registered Building Regulations 2013 7(3) that further particulars or other matters are furnished and the applicant fails to comply with that direction and within such time as is given (not being less than 21 days) this application may be treated as withdrawn.

Note: no works may be commenced until such time as -

a) After issue of any Decision Notice the time period for requesting an appeal has expired and no such appeal has been requested; or

b) Any Appeal has been completed.

Certificate of Building Ownership RB REGULATIONS

This certificate provides confirmation that the owner of the land which is the subject matter of the application is either the applicant or is fully aware of the application.

The certificate constitutes a statement of ownership and is not proof of ownership.

The applicant is requested to complete either Statement A or Statement B and return the completed certificate and application form and any supporting documents.

NO APPLICATION WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE CERTIFICATE IS SUBMITTED.
