Highway Comments: The application states there would be 1 staff member and up to 4 customers at a time
present on the site. There are 4 existing car parking spaces within the red line application boundary which
should be adequate for the proposed number of staff and visitors. It is requested that a planning condition be
provided to limit the number of customers to 4 to ensure that additional parking demand is not generated
above the level of existing car parking provision within the applicant’s control.
Highway Services does not oppose the application subject to a planning condition for no more than 4 customers
to be present on the site at any given time to limit the site parking demand.
