The comment stated; Viability of Villa Marina and Gaiety dependant on parking See ET letter in Manx Independent. Gardens an anachronism, prom busiest motorway on Island, traffic constantly stopping for pedestrians crossing to cars, but not to walk through gardens, closed shops in Strand St. Spend money on 21st century requirements. It?s all about parking. ..and scarcely used Villa Gardens, why not convert them to parking...successful use during TT shows it can be done! Relationship to site: No direct interest
