Subject: Planning application 19/00876/B
Good afternoon, I am writing to request an extension to the time period to allow the Council to consider the above planning application at a meeting to be held on the 16th September.
I believe this to be a reasonable request given the Council owns the wall that is to be demolished and it would be in the applicants' best interests to allow this application to be given full consideration by the Committee that deals with planning applications.
If you feel that it is not possible to grant our request could you please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
Kindest regards,
Stephen Salter
