The camp site may be erected no sooner than a week before the first practice of TT and may remain until one week after the last race in that event and no sooner than three days before the first practice of the Festival of Motorcycling and may remain until one week after the last race of that event. No approval is granted to the use of the site as a campsite for the period in between the two events. Reason: To clarify the extent of the planning approval and to ensure that there is not an oversupply of seasonal camp sites on the Island. 2. The use as a camp site may not continue after one week following the last race of the Festival of Motorcycling 2020. Reason: To ensure that there is not an oversupply of temporary camp sites on the Island. This approval relates to drawing FAFC/2018 received on 20th March, 2019. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain: · Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in the current Fees Order; · The reasons for making the appeal; and · An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation.
