TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Craig And Mrs Aimee Carlson, Ref 18/01316/B, for the Alterations and extensions to property, including replacement windows and doors, removal of rear outbuildings and erection of single storey extension, removal and reconstruction of main front facade external wall (in association with 18/01317/CON). at 2 Osborne Terrace Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 3LH subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
