The Planning Committee discussed the application at length, referring to the visual
presentation and EP35 addressing the Conservation Area designation. The meeting concluded
with all but one of the members voting in favour of the officer recommendation.
The members unanimously voted against the recommendations for IPS and voted in favour of
both 19 Shore Road and 10 Duke Street being afforded interested person status.
