WE WOULD LIKE TO DEMOLISH THE EXISTING SUMMERHOUSE AS IT HAS NOW BECOME VERY ROTTEN AND IS ABOUT 12 YEARS OLD. THIS SUMMER HOUSE ALREADY HAS EXISTING PLANNING PERMISSION SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT.
BASICALLY WE WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH THE SAME WOODEN SUMMERHOUSE. BUT WITH SOME SMALL CHANGES. THE ORIGINAL BASE TO THE SUMMERHOUSE WAS WOODEN AND ROTTED VERY QUICKLY. SO THIS TIME WE WOULD LIKE TO CONSTRUCT A SMALL OUTER CONCRETE BLOCK BASE FOR THE TIMBER SUMMERHOUSE TO STAND ON. THIS TIME WE WANT TO USE A THICKER TIMBER FOR THE WALLS OF THE SUMMERHOUSE AND WE WANT TO RELOCATE THE DOUBLE DOORS FROM THE FRONT TO THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. SEE OUR ATTACHED DRAWINGS.
