To erect on my drive way a car port, consisting of 6 supports ( 3 each long side) with sloping pent type roof with guttering at side, furthest from house, to collect rain water. The supports will be made of wood with a clear Perspex roof The car port will abut the main house dwelling at the garage door and end 2 m from my land perimeter at the end of the drive way. The driveway currently connects to an undeveloped minor road. The sides of the car port will be 30 cm from the adjoining 1 m high wall with the neighbours property on the West side of my property. The other side of the car port will be at the edge of the small garden wall inline with the driveway. The car port is required to protect my wife's new car from the very strong winds and torrential rain experienced in this exposed position near Bradda. 9. a) Please state the existing use of the site (e.g. residential, office, retail etc.) b) Please state the proposed use of the site.
