The development removes what appears to be the use of a garage albeit highlighted on the plans as covered storage area. The driveway fronting the house is larger enough to accommodate 3 vehicles as it stands. The loss of the garage does not result in any vehicles being displaced onto the public highway therefore no objections. There are no suggested conditions. Recommendation: DNO
