The new ventilation duct and Jet head are all being fitted by MACRO METAL SERVICES LTD, and enclosed with the application is the full specification of the fan/duct. The front elevation door and window arrangement is the to replaced with a bi-folding system, which will leave the access door to the right hand side, the the folding doors stacking to the left. The area marked on the plan as "outside seating" has been leased from Abbey Properties Ltd, and will have a removable post and chain system put out daily to allow customers to the seating area, and demark it from the existing pedestrian way.
