Hi Nick I think the scheme is a positive one and I have no objections. I agree with your conditions but ask that in addition to the balustrade we also condition the details of the mouldings and features to the façade as stated on the proposed plan. While the replacement of UPVC windows with timber is to applauded, the development will result in the loss of what appears to be the original windows at first floor, can we also please condition window details, this is to ensure the frame and glazing bar details are correct and appropriate for a building of this age and status located within a conservation area.
