THE SITE HAS A PREVIOUS APPROVAL (PA REF: 16/00469/A) FOR THE EXISTING HOUSE TO BE REPLACED. THIS WAS AN APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE AND FOR A LARGER DWELLING. THIS PROPOSAL IS A MUCH MORE MODEST PROPOSAL AND SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINAL HOUSE AND OUTBUILDINGS. IT IS SITED ON THE FOOTPRINT OF THE EXISTING DWELLING.
