The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals. 2. The proposed parking area as detailed in drawing number 13 date stamped and received 19/03/2018 shall not be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles associated with the development and shall remain free of obstruction for such use at all times. Reason: To ensure that sufficient provision is made for off-street parking and turning of vehicles in the interests of highway safety. 3. Notwithstanding drawing numbers 13 (date stamped 19/03/2018) and 09 (22/12/2017), no approval is granted for the installation or erection of any fencing within the site. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to protect the visual amenity and character of the Registered Building and the designated Conservation Area.
