In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Deborah Cheadle, Ref 23/10124/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 6 for PA 22/00294/B - Details of the Portico at Balladoole House Balladoole Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4PE .

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application and the supporting details, following consultation with the case officer, they are happy with the level of detail contained and it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the discharge for planning condition 6 of application 22/00294/B.
