NOTE In this instance of the submitted application, images of the stashed spacerail system and P10 Cycle Store - Tower House and after consultation with DEFA Highways Development, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for part of the planning condition 2 of application 23/00634/B with the understanding the bike shelter will be provided prior to the occupation of any unit and retained and remain accessible during the life of the apartments.
